After 400 years of silence, God broke in with a word—through an angel, to an ordinary teenage girl, in an overlooked town. This week we looked at Luke 1:26–38 and remembered that salvation begins with God, not us. The Father initiates His plan, gives His Son, and sends His Spirit. And like Mary, we’re invited to trust Him in the silence, receive His Son with joy, and surrender to His good will.
