What we treasure shapes how we see, how we see shapes how we live, and how we live reveals whom we serve. In Matthew 6:19–24, Jesus challenges us to examine where we’re investing our hearts and our lives. Earthly treasures promise security, comfort, and control, but they cannot last—and they cannot be our master. Jesus calls us instead to store up treasure in heaven, see this life through eternal eyes, and give our wholehearted allegiance to God.
